Meeting with ITC Officials

  On January 31, 2024, a introductory meeting was organized by the Project Coordinator at the Nani Siloda Milk Cooperative, where the ITC team, project team, and senior officials of the Saath organization met. The initial ITC company representative, Mr Manoj Mishra, along with other team members, discussed with the Saath team for essential project-related topics. Detailed discussions were held on the geographical conditions in Silod, as well as on the current situation of 16 villages in the Nadiad and Mahemdabad talukas, covering aspects such as health, employment, challenges, and the particular responsibilities of our project. Team Training

  On the 29th of January 2024, a training was organized at the Community Resource Centre, Vatva, Ahmedabad under the ITC project. This training was conducted for the entire team of ITC project at Mehmedabad and Nadiad areas. During the training, each staff member was briefed on their roles and responsibilities, and information was shared about the organization's journey and the community activities conducted over time. Additionally, insights were provided on how to effectively carry out the work in the ITC project over the next three years. The organization and quality management of the work during the upcoming two months of this training program were planned with a focus on how the work efficiency could be carried out in terms of quality and timeliness.
