Street Play at Kamla village


On March 1, 2024, at 2:00 PM, a Street Play on cleanliness was organized near the ICSE Nadiad Project. The event was held at Kamla Ashray, a residential school, and was attended by 50 students from the residential school. The main performers were a team of actors from Ahmedabad who presented a very entertaining play, emphasizing the importance of water conservation, proper waste disposal, avoiding open defecation, and refraining from tobacco use, as well as keeping the village clean for a healthy and prosperous life. The message conveyed by the play was well received by the audience. The project team received excellent feedback from the residents and teachers who praised the efforts of the organization and the project. Additionally, video clips were taken from two children and two youths, adding to the overall success of the event. At the end of the program, the Principal of the village school praised the organization's work and appreciated the efforts of the project team, as well as receiving applause from many attendees who pledged to conserve water, refrain from tobacco use, avoid spitting, properly dispose of waste, and contribute to keeping their village clean and beautiful.
