Street Play at Kamla village

On the date of 01/03/2024, at 4:00 in the afternoon, an event was organized by the ITC Nadiaad project on the topic of cleanliness in Kamla, where the primary school children of the village were present. The main performers were a team of actors invited from Ahmedabad who presented a very enjoyable play in the village. The street play emphasized on saving water, avoiding littering, not defecating in the open, refraining from tobacco habits, and keeping our village clean and green to ensure everyone's health and well-being. This positive message was conveyed to the people through the play. The project team successfully completed the project and received very positive feedback from the attending teachers. Similarly, the first-ever play in the village was also completed successfully by the project team and received very good feedback from the villagers and the local council. Additionally, video bytes were taken from two children and two youths, making the entire event very successful. At the end of the program, the principal of the village school praised the organization and the project's work, and many people pledged to conserve water, avoid tobacco, and keep the village clean. They committed to contributing to keeping their village clean and beautiful.
