Village Improvement Plan (VIP) at Moti Silod
In the village of Moti Siloda, the Sarpanch Mr. Kanubhai and Panchayat member Bhurabhai, along with the community leaders Girishbhai and other villagers, organized a VIP event and prepared four components. Initially, a social map of Rohit Faliya, a part of Moti Siloda, was prepared. Social map: The social map of Rohit Faliya's rural area, consisting of 40 people including Panchayat members and community leaders, was prepared. It highlighted various social issues, facilities available, and government amenities in Rohit Faliya's rural area. Different colors and patterns were used to illustrate these aspects, showcasing the problems visually. After preparing the social map, the remaining three parts were completed in collaboration with Panchayat members and community leaders: Problem analysis: Discussions were held with Panchayat members and community leaders to analyze the problems in Rohit Faliya's rural area. Identifying the most pressing issues for discussion was prioritized. Each problem's analysis included the time required for resolution. A chart detailing the analysis of each problem was prepared. Responsibility chart: Responsibilities for addressing each problem were discussed with Panchayat members and community leaders. Each Panchayat member and community leader were assigned specific responsibilities. The chart included details about who would apply for what, how they would respond when the office car arrives, and various responsibilities discussed among the Panchayat members and community leaders. Satta ni Rotli: Afterward, a Satta ni Rotli chart was prepared in collaboration with Panchayat members and community leaders. It included discussions on resolving each problem with the involvement of Panchayat members and community leaders. Power distribution for each area was determined. In this manner, all four components of the VIP event were completed in Moti Siloda's Rohit Faliya.
