Hand Wash Activity at Kamla village
On March 4, 2024, as part of the CRC Village development in Silod, near Nadiaad, a hand wash activity was conducted at the nearby Ashraya Nivasi School. The activity included steps for handwashing, when and how hands should be washed, the importance of cleanliness, regular trimming of nails for children, and regular hair trimming, among other practical demonstrations.
Shaileshbhai and Princebhai, along with other workers, actively participated in the hand wash activity. In this activity, two students washed their hands in two glasses of water, demonstrating how clean hands should be before and after washing. It showed that if hands are already contaminated with dirt, how much dirtier the water becomes just by washing hands, emphasizing the importance of proper handwashing techniques. This activity effectively conveyed a message of cleanliness.
A total of 50 people attended this program.
