Frontline Worker Training
A front line worker training session was organized in PHC (Health Department) and ICDS Sector Level focused on adolescent health care, gender and diversity, and human rights. The event saw the participation of 75 attendees from the Health and ICDS departments.
Topics Covered: -
· Adolescent Health Care: Puberty, nutrition, mental health.
· Gender and Diversity: Inclusive, equality in health care.
· Human Rights and Responsibilities: Awareness of health rights and responsibilities.
· Reproduction and Contraception: Safe reproductive practices.
· Life Skills: Decision-making, communication, and relationships.
Outcomes:
· Enhanced awareness on adolescent health issues.
· Front line workers gained practical knowledge for addressing gender-related health challenges.
· Strengthened collaboration among Health, ICDS, and Education departments for future initiatives.
