Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Survey
Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Survey was conducted on October 18, 2024, at the village level through house-to-house visits, aiming to assess the health status of pregnant women, lactating mothers, and children under 0 to 6 Months. The survey gathered key data on antenatal and postnatal care, immunization coverage, breastfeeding practices, nutritional status, and common childhood illnesses. Additionally, it examined the awareness and utilization of government health schemes such as Janani Suraksha Yojana and family planning services. Findings revealed gaps in antenatal care visits and nutritional supplementation for pregnant women, as well as instances of malnutrition and incomplete immunization among children.
