Meeting of the Self-Help Group (SHG) at Mokampura Village

 


The first meeting of the Self-Help Group (SHG) in Mokampura Village was held on 11th Oct 2024 bringing together local women to discuss the formation of the group, its objectives, and the benefits it could provide. The session focused on educating the participants about the SHG model, highlighting the importance of collective savings, access to microcredit, and the potential for income-generating activities. The women were also informed about future training opportunities in skill development and financial literacy. With strong participation and enthusiasm, the group laid a positive foundation for empowering women in Mokampura towards financial independence and community development.
